Consultation
I will welcome you on arrival at 45 Central Street, which is a therapy centre with rooms that are perfect for private consultations. Alternatively, we can do the consultation via a Zoom video call. We will have a chat about your expectations from our meeting and I will ask you questions about the condition you have and how this is affecting your life, etc. I will also ask you questions about your lifestyle and what you eat drink - to supplement the information from a food diary that I will have asked you to complete ahead of the appointment.
The information you give me will be used by us to come up with objectives for modifying your diet according to the condition being treated. We will discuss a suitable date for review and I will send you a written summary of the consultation and diet treatment plan, plus supporting resources and information sheets.
Fees
I hold consultations at 45 Central Street, London EC1V 8AB (a short walk from Old Street underground station). My first appointment slot is at 08:00h on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays - my last slot is at 18:00h.
The fee for the initial 50-minute consultation is £150 and £90 for 35-minute review appointments - the fees include e-mail communication, as required, between appointments. I also provide a life-long after-care service at the completion of treatment - this does not incur any additional cost.
I am a registered practitioner for Bupa, Pru, Aviva, Cigna, WPA - do check with your insurance provider the level of cover they offer for dietetic consultations.
